Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about working with Electuni.

What kinds of products does Electuni work on?

Electuni builds reliable connected products for industrial and commercial environments, and has also worked on consumer hardware, as in the published CHEFFY EGOR case study. Work spans PCB design, embedded firmware, enclosure integration, IoT software and companion apps for hardware teams.

Do you offer NDA protection?

Yes. Electuni signs mutual NDAs before any technical discussion begins, so your intellectual property stays protected from the first conversation. Ask for an NDA when you contact us at [email protected] or through the contact form.

What is your typical project timeline?

Electuni's published target is that most MVPs ship in 8 to 12 weeks. The real schedule depends on scope, number of boards, enclosure and software work, and any certification requirements, so a timeline is set in the fixed scope agreed before design work begins.

Do you handle certification such as FCC and CE?

Electuni designs for certification from day one and can guide you through the regulatory process. Final compliance testing is performed by accredited labs, not by the design team, so test plans and lab booking are planned alongside the hardware schedule.

Can you work with our existing design?

Yes. Electuni regularly takes over in-progress designs for optimization, layout fixes or production preparation. Send the existing schematic, layout or firmware files with a short description of the problem, and the work is scoped against what already exists.

What file formats do you deliver?

Standard deliverables include Altium project files, Gerber and ODB++ for PCBs, STEP and IGES for mechanical designs, and documented firmware repositories. The exact deliverables for each project are listed in the fixed scope agreed before work begins.
